MANUFACTURED HOME PARK ORDINANCE

Permit Application Fee - $100 plus $15/site - effective July 1, 2008

If you are considering developing a manufactured home park in Transylvania County, you must adhere to the requirements in this ordinance.  A Manufactured Home Park is defined as - a parcel or contiguous parcels of land owned and/or managed as part of the same business operation that is designed to accommodate five (5) or more manufactured homes unless each manufactured home is separated by more than 500 feet.
