Text Box: Comprehensive Plan  - On Monday, February 14th, 2005, the Transylvania County Commissioners adopted the Comprehensive Plan.  Please click on the Comprehensive Plan link above to view the Plan.  This is a very large file (92 pages with pictures and maps) and may take some time to download.  If you would like a hard copy of the Comprehensive Plan, you can purchase it at the Planning Office located at 98 E. Morgan St. in the Community Services Building on the second floor.  Black and white copies are $7.00 colored copies are $14.00.  The Plan is also available for viewing in our office, the Library and the County Administration Building.
