Business Plan Competition Deadline Extended
The deadline for the $10,000 business development competition sponsored by the Transylvania Partnership has been extended to January 31, 2012, according to Bob Bednarek, Partnership Chairman.
"There were two companies that met the original deadline of September 30, but we want to encourage other businesses to complete their plans and enter the competition," Bednarek said.
The business plans will be evaluated by a panel consisting of members of the Economic Development Advisory Board, Senior Resource Network, SCORE and Mountain BizWorks. The winner will be announced in February.
The business plan competition application and rules are available online at Business Plan Competition. For more information contact Mark Burrows at 884-3205. |
